We offer a 14-day return policy, backed by our money-back guarantee. The 14-day period begins the moment you receive your purchase. If you wish to return an item, simply contact us to initiate the process. Please ensure your return is made in its original packaging, and include a copy of the invoice. Please note: gemstones can only be returned if they are in their original, unaltered condition free from chips, damages, or scratches. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, international orders (outside Canada) may be subject to additional customs fees.  

Gemstic offers secure shipping to Canada and the USA. Each order has its own specific shipping timeline, with orders shipped within Canada arriving within an average of 1-7 business days, and orders to the US within an average of 2-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number, allowing you to easily track your package securely every step of the way.
